‘Soheila No.17’ to vie at Tripoli Film Festival

The Tripoli Film Festival in Lebanon is to host Iranian film ‘Soheila No.17’.

Directed by Mahmoud Ghaffari, the movie will vie at the official section of the Lebanese event.

Movies from various countries including Egypt, Ukraine, Mexico, Russia and Sweden will also compete at the festival.

The movie narrates a thrilling story on a never-married girl, pushing 40, who has to tie the knots due to a medical condition.

Zahra Davoud Nejad, Mehrdad Seddiqi and Babak Hamidian star in the movie.

The film had been screened at the 35th edition of Fajr International Film Festival.
